About Digital Strategy

We’re looking for a Senior Support Technician to join our team and provide high-level technical assistance across our suite of software.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English – clear communication is required.
  • At least 32-40 hours per week of availability
  • Senior level (5+ years of professional experience)
  • Results-driven, ambitious, organized, articulate, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Have a strong foundation of technical knowledge, with experience troubleshooting software, networks, and hardware issues.
  • Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Able to document and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members and customers.
